EARLY BIRD RATE DEADLINE - THURSDAY, 23 MARCH 2023 (17:00 UTC)
Register and submit payment on or before Thursday, 23 March 2023 (17:00 UTC) to receive the early bird discount price. Funds must be received by IAF / ILAC in full on or before the early bird deadline in order to qualify for this rate. Delegates who register before the early bird rate but do not submit payment in full before the early-bird date will have their registration fees automatically adjusted to the regular rate without notice. No exceptions will be granted.

BUYER BEWARE:
IAF and ILAC have not sourced any housing management
companies to solicit members - if you receive a call/email from someone
offering to organize your accommodation for the IAF-ILAC Mid-Term
Meeting - do not accept. This is generally a scam. Delegates should book
their own accommodations directly with the hotel and never through an unsolicited third party.
EXPEDIA, BOOKING.COM, HOTELS.COM AND TRAVEL AGENTS:
If you book your accommodation using outside suppliers like Expedia, Hotels.com or through a travel agent - your room
rate may not include breakfast or complimentary wifi in your guest room. Any problems arising as a result of booking guest rooms with outside suppliers must be resolved with those suppliers directly.

All accommodations MUST be reserved prior to (and including) 10 April (23:00 UTC) in order to qualify for the negotiated group rate listed above, pending availability. All delegates are asked to make their own hotel reservations and payments directly with the hotel by following the instructions provided below.

Europa Hotel Belfast is a four-star hotel located in the heart of Belfast, Northern Ireland. The hotel has a rich history, having opened in 1971, and has played host to many famous guests over the years. The hotel features comfortable guest rooms, a restaurant and bar, and several meeting and event spaces. It is known for its convenient location, being just a short walk away from popular tourist attractions such as the Belfast City Hall and the Victoria Square shopping center. The Europa Hotel is also near the main business district and just 15 minutes away from the airport.

COVID PROTOCOL
All participants will be provided with COVID-19 rapid antigen tests at the registration desk to take back to their guest rooms. In order to ensure the safest environment possible, participants will be asked to test in their guest room each day before entering meeting rooms. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the hotel for participants.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be submitted by email to info@iaf-ilac-meetings.org. All email correspondence must originate from the email on the record of registration in order to be considered a valid request.
Cancellations received on or before 17 March 2023 (17:00 UTC) will receive a full refund less a USD $75.00 administration fee. Cancellations received on or after the above date and time will not be eligible to receive a refund.
The only exception to this policy will be for in-person attendees who have a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 on or after 24 April 2023. In this case, participants who have registered to attend the meetings in person can transfer their registration to another person or can substitute their in-person registration for a virtual registration pass. Refunds for the difference between in-person registration fees and virtual registration fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis by emailing info@iaf-ilac-meetings.org.
